RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Product returns can be made within 14 days from receiving the ordered products. The customer must send back the item in perfect conditions and in its original packaging to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all the expenses involved for returning the item.

When the product will be received, the company Guscio Lab will refund the customer for the amount of the product in the original payment method (Paypal or Bank Transfer).

PLEASE NOTE that customized cases cannot be refunded or exchanged under any conditions, unless the product has got a manufacturer's defect.

SHIPPING COSTS

Italy: Shipping costs on the national territory are €5,00. For orders over €39,80 the delivery is free of charge. Using BRT Fermopoint service the shipment amount is € 3.Deliveries in Italy are made via BRT.

Other countries: Shipping costs vary automatically depending on the areas and the number of items in the shopping cart. International deliveries are made via BRT or DHL.
